I'm going to flesh this out during February. But expect any questions about the direction of the game to answered here.

Setting

Defines the space where the game takes place.


Story

Defines the first spawn to the ending of the game.


Systems

Defines mechanics that support the setting and story.

These define the main elements of the gameplay

Customization

Foot vs Vehicle combat?

This is a possibility. I'm thinking the Pain Mage can turn your truck off, until you fix it. So you can either get out and work on your truck through a little mini-game. Or pull out your gun and get to work. Also I'm reminded of the idea of picking up destroyed bandits parts and using them as a shield or attacking with them.

Truck Systems

This will include all the truck systems and mechanics from customization

Weapon Mechanics

I want to have a basic cannon. I also want there to be an auto turret option, but it does less damage than if you shoot yourself.

Music

Music will have instruments come in and out dependent on the situation around the player. Ex. Strings will build the environment and be met with drums once the bandits start a fight.
