Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Billing and Cost Management enables users to effectively track, manage, and optimize their cloud spending. It offers tools to:

  • Analyze usage

  • Set budgets and alerts

59_2: Accessing Cost Management

To start managing your cloud spend:

  • Log in to the OCI Console.

  • Navigate to the Burger Menu > Billing & Cost Management.

The Billing Dashboard gives a high-level view of your expenses:

Each SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) uniquely identifies a resource or pricing item (e.g., VM type, storage class).
