Iteration 1 - Tools For Developer And Users

Iteration Goals

In this Iteration, we focused on writing content to the manager and the user in order to facilitate the use of the product and to enable the continued development and proper maintenance of the product we developed, while there is a guide to how to use the rest of the users who want to use the code. In addition, we have improved the rest of the documents we have in order to improve our usage experience. We have also launched the application's chat system

Team Roles

Our team is dynamic and we usually working together on the different issues. During the work we divided into several categories, some were responsible for the design of the site, some renovated the documents and wrote new ones and some continued while writing the code. Retrospective

Our system is in the prototype stage and you can sign up with a Gmail account and a random email account. No registration confirmation is currently required. An open user for testing is: User: [email protected] Password: 123456

Meeting Summaries

After a meeting with the girls who manage the organization, we received feedback from them that the project is progressing in the right way and they are satisfied, we make sure to update them once a few days about changes and content development that are carried out in the application

Retrospective

We have added and improved functions that contained bugs. In addition, we have added new components and the application has a broader meaning than the past. We renovated documents that lacked information and detailed what was happening behind the scenes.

Process, Methods & Tools

The course of work was divided as follows:

• Rewriting the documents to improve the user and developer experience.
• Prototype testing in order to give the management of the organization an impression
• Upload chat system
• Redesigning some of the content

Methods and tools:

• In order to enable registration we have made use of firebase
• We also installed new plugins in order to get more powerful ng2-dropdown functionality

Iteration Conclusions

Conclusions Iteration 1: We have set several tasks for ourselves and have been able to meet them as a team.
