What CodEX exactly is?

It's not a usual CMS, that allows you to create pages, folders, manage modules and has a lot of unnecessary functionality out-of-the-box, but really hard-to-modify functionality.

Just remember, how much times did you loved some CMS when it helped you to create basic functionality extremely fast and how angry was you when you tried to make some a bit unusual things and it was not that easy...
