Following years of the artscene showing lit writers the door, late in the '90s CiA presented a wildly popular lit-based initiative called ScrollZ, run by BlueDevil. The collections were souped up with multimedia presentation of the poems, but the collections placed a higher onus on quantity than quality. This really inspired Mist's long-suffering lit writers, who prided themselves on the quality of their work, to feel like eating their hats, but perhaps part of ScrollZ's success was being more populist rather than elitist, not applying [QC] (or imposing the tyranny of spell checking) on its writers.
