These are story-related structures that appear in the world under specific conditions. Each structure includes information about where and how it spawns, as well as its overall placement in the progression of your world exploration. Can be found by talking to a Luxuries trader and giving him 10 rusty gears in his dialogue for a map to this structure.
You can find a new map in the top room of the tower in a aged chest on a table.

Is spawning close to spawn so can be found randomly or you can find a map to it in any ruin randomly.
Spawning Information:
- Placement: SurfaceRuin
- Depends on Structure:
spawn - Spawn Distances: X: 2000 to 3000, Z: 2000 to 3000
- Requires Landform: "veryflat", radius 400
- Reduced vegetation and other structures to emphasize its industrious past.

Can be found randomly in any ruin loot.
Can also be bought as a map from treasure hunter trader shop inventory. Not guaranteed to be in their trade, so check his inv regularly.
