##What When the design and requirements are final, the information is shared with the developers and the developers can start with the tech analysis. During a tech analysis the developers are analyzing the scope and complexity of the feature, the best way to approach and indication of the amount of hours to spend. Also it is determined which developers tasks are required to complete the feature, these tasks and hours expected are added to the User stories.

When this task is finished, the DoR is updated with the outcome.
