3 groups of responsibilities:

1. Requirement analysis
2. Manual test preparation
3. Manual test execution

1. Requirement analysis:

• Owner of refinement meetings
• Collect information from PM and BA on new requirements
• Detail high level requirements into more details (if required use models to structure)
• Align with DEV on best way to divide features into smaller User Stories
• Create User Stories, including description of Acceptance criteria
• Create tasks underneath the US
• Update DoR accordingly

2. Manual test preparation:

• Review User Stories and provide feedback
• Set test tasks in correct status
• Create and register test checklist
• Create and register test cases, incl expected outcome if complex calculations
• Apply test techniques
• Identify test data requirements
• Indicate which tests could be applicable for testautomation
• Update DoR accordingly

3. Manual test execution:

• Set test tasks in correct status
• When test task is completed, include screenprint of correct result
• Setup required test data
• Execute manual tests according prepared test checklist and test cases
• Register bugs, including actual (add screenprints) and expected outcome
• Retest of bugs when delivered, when solved, move bug to done and include screenprint of correct result
• Update DoD accordingly

Interaction with:

• Product owner
• Delivery manager
• Developer
• Automation engineer

Meetings:

• Participate in Scrum meetings
• Participate in guild meeting

Requirements:

• Certificate IREB training or equivalent (Requirements training)
• Certificate ISTQB foundation or equivalent (e.g. TMap Test Engineer)
