1. People manager
- Regular check-ins

- Holiday approvals
2. Propose and contribute to QA test policy and improvements:
- Support QA manager in the creation of NEXTENS QA test policy
- (jointly) Discuss and agree on QA improvements proposals
- Contribute to describing QA improvements (in NEXTENS QA test policy)
- Coordinate the implementation of QA improvements in the teams
- Coach the usage of QA improvements in the teams
3. Onboarding new team members:
- Develop and maintain onboarding documentation for QA
- Organize onboarding meetings with new team members
- Accompany them to their team, have regular check-ins to accommodate a soft landing
4. Coach Quality engineers:
- Chair the QA guild (rename)
- Have regularly joint knowledge sharing sessions
- Have regular check-ins with Quality engineers

Meetings:
- Owner of guild meeting

Requirements:
- Certificate IREB training or equivalent (Requirements training)
- Certificate ISTQB advanced or equivalent (e.g. TMap Test Manager)
