Open aangiftes tests the availability of an aangifte after the user has created the aangifte, maybe has done something in the aangifte and then leaves the aangifte page. This makes it a partly duplicate of the Create aangiftes tests. We do this with all possible base 3 aangiftes. These test can be found as a pipeline named as "environment"-Open-Aangiftes
