Last check by all parties if the Feature is ready for the customer. It could also be used as a moment to check all non-functional specs before releasing the feature to the customer

Delivery Manager (DM) & Product Owner (PO)

Prepare release When the Feature is available on the Master it is not yet available for our clients on Production. The pipeline is configured in such a way that merging to the Master needs a last manual action to actually release to production. The feature will only be released after the DoDR checklist has been completed.

Release When all checks in the DoD are completed, the feature or app can be released to production. In principle the release window is on Monday evening, to avoid impact on our customers and to have sufficient of time available the rest of the week to solve urgent issues when they occur.

Monitor post release Once the feature or app has been released to production, it is up to the team itself and the SRE team to do monitoring, this can be done by monitoring production performances and to check the logs if error messages occur.

The features are released to Delivery, Acceptance and eventually to Production

This can happen at the end of the three week Sprint or when it is a major release (collection of mulitple features into 1 or more epics) during a Sprint. This is dependent on the planning in the Nextens Roadmap
