##Definition The moment a Feature or User Story meets the Definition of Done, an Increment is born. The Definition of Done (DoD) represents the organization's formal definition of quality for all Product Backlog Items (PBIs).

##Objective Check at the end of the Feature/User Story development process if a Feature/User Story is 'Done'.

##Who

• T&R (final check) and DEV

##What When all tasks within the Feature/User Story are completed, a final check if Feature/User Story is indeed completely done.

Steps to follow:

• Add the DoD checklist criteria via the template option (… > Template)

• [Team ] Check if the criteria are completed, see example DoD checklist below (if no seperate DoD Release will be created, it could be that some criteria mentioned in the DoD Release should be included in the DoD Feature)

• [Dev or QA or DM] When all criteria have been met, Task ‘Definition of Done’ can be closed and Feature is ready for releasing
