Data analysis and requirements is done by the data analyst (DA) in close collaboration with the product manager (PM) or delivery manager (DM) or business analyst (BA) or other stakeholders (e.g. Marketing or Sales) to have better and more well over thought decision making process supported by data.

There are multiple types of requests:

1. Ad hoc and one time only requests to answer/support stakeholder needs and to support decision making process (e.g. how many potential customers do we have for delivering a new feature)
2. Requests to deliver dashboards/reporting for structural stakeholder needs (e.g. dashboards answering how many aangiftes per month with which aangifte status)
3. Request to deliver dashboards/reporting for customer needs (e.g. what is the solvability of your organization compared to other similar organizations)
