Retrospective Overview

Team Member	Issue Found
Diaa	We have focused more time on the prototype design than getting features of the application and implement Initial design in android
Eslam	we don't have enough experience in design and we didn't all have time to implement all mockup
Emilia	Sometimes, difficult to all meetup, so we had meetings with some people not able to attend. And tasks could not be properly assigned to individuals and ended up with Tasks not being done.
Lucas	We have centralized so much in case of to define ideas that were changing a long time. Also no one could work in some task since is not the bases defined. So the people felt a bit lost
Albert	Most Team members not knowing how to use Git/Github

Restrospective Actions

Action	Description
Action 1	Team members to learn and familiarize themselves with Git/Github
Action 2	Create more specific tasks to and assigned since the beginning to each user. Also establish dues that the people may know if the are late or not.
Action 3	Enforce that every team member make the Effort to attend all meetings and give their inputs including being proactive.
Action 4	Share the workload equally
Action 5	Not spend too much unnecessary time on simple tasks but focus more on the important ones
