• Discuss possible implementations, discuss with your tutor and read about the implementation in the Karr model

• Produce proteins

• Ribosomengröße einbauen #1
• START #3 und STOP #2 codon berücksichtigen
• Kinetik einbauen (wie viele AA pro Zeitschritt)
• Bewegen auf mRNA ohne Proteinsynthese
• Triplets auf mRNA starten erst mit 'AUG' START codon
• Ribosomen produzieren (mit TRSC Gruppe?)
• tRNA einbauen
• Falsche tRNA ('wobble')
• Energie-Verbrauch einbauen
