Joystick Creator

Create

Create a Rectangle curve object from create menu. Click on View3D/Rigg/Joystick Creator while Rectangle is select. Select one of the position of handle and press OK.

Connect

Select circle inside the joystick Active object with shape keys Active one of the shape key channels Click on View3D/Rigg/Joystick Connector Select a direction and press OK.

Eye Target Creator

Select 2 objects and click on View3D/Rigg/Eye target creator.
