The Marmoset Brain Connectivity Atlas Project currently holds two major components. One is the Marmoset Brain Connectivity Atlas Portal and the other is the statistical analysis based on the results of injections Marmoset Brain Connectivity Analysis.

The API of the project is documented in Application Programming Interface and the downloadable master database is documented in Master database structure.

The source codes for both projects are publicly released on GitHub. They can be found at https://github.com/Neuroinflab/marmosetbrain.org for the Connectivity Atlas and https://github.com/Neuroinflab/analysis.marmosetbrain.org for the analysis.
