Arska version 1.3 you can source find in dev-1.3 branch and also on the install page. In addition to the new features there are many stability enhancements and bug fixes.

Main new features

Supports 15-minute Market Time Unit (MTU), prices and reporting

• Hour based price variables changed to hour average, new 15 minutes variables: 51,52,53, 54, 61 . Before 15-minute MTU go-live date (earliest 11 June 2025) all 4 periods of an hour get the same price
• Dashboard graph in 15 minutes time scale Before European 15-minute MTU go-live date (11 June 2025 or later) the price of is given to all 15 minutes periods.

Supports Fronius Gen24 plus inverters, a new channel type

• Communicates with Modbus TCP (port 502) with the inverter
• Charging/discharging profiles can be controlled from the rules and the dashboard
• SoC (State of Charge) visible on the dashboard graph

Open Meteo based solar energy forecast

In version 1.3 you can select solar forecast data source. Open Meteo based forecast is available everywhere and FMI only in selected locations in Finland. See more Settings#open-meteo-settings

Price modifier

Price modifier (Settings/Price data) allows to modify prices on selected hours. You can for example add negative price modifier to night hours to indicate cheaper transfer cost. Price modifier takes effect after updating price data from Entso-E/Elering.
