OSNT v2.1.0

This is the fourth release in the series of releases for the OSNT community. It has the following new features:

• New OSNT 1G interface: all the features provided in the 10G interface have been reproduced also for 1G links.
• New Project: OSNT_dualspeed (OSNT set with port0 and port1 working at 1G and the others at 10G)
