Once we’ve decided which to focus on, we created the Value Proposition Canvas. It took our mindset to uncover the Pains and Gains these. We kept up asking better questions and dug a little bit deeper. What does your customer really aspire to do that they can not do now? At the end our Value Proposition Canvas provides additional user-centric components for our Brewbot project. The focus is on creating value and benefit for the user at HPE.
