MVP Iteration 2

A User Story Map is not static. After gaining new insights from the first iteration we updated the Story Map. We came up with some new issues in the second co-creation phase. It was not comfortable for users to use a QR-Code on the cup. So we worked on the identification technology. We replaced the identification with the QR-Code technology with a face regognition. We added some new activities and user stories in the Story Map and removed the ones we did not need anymore. Therefore the second MVP incluedes the following functions:

• Login into Brewbot Portal
• Selecting more than one coffee type with preferred time
• Upload mask for pictures
• Standbye screen on the display of the smart device (face scanner)
• Authentification via face scanner
• Message of brewing coffee on the smart device
• Goodbye message on the dosplay of the smart device

With these functionalities in the second MVP we can deliver value for the user, which is getting personalized coffee in a faster and more comfortable way.
