Problem identification

• Situation

Brew your coffee in an office space using an HC enabled coffee machine

• Problem

Selecting the coffee profile on the HC coffee machine takes time. Using the HC app does not make it easier.

• Idea

Select automatically the preferred coffee profile on the BSH coffee machine when at the coffee machine

• Solution options

1. Bring a personal Amazon dash button with you
2. The cup identifies the coffee profile

The first option is not attractive in an office environment. So we decide to use the cup to identify the coffee profile.
