Requirements

1. The poll/survey questions are multiple choice.
2. The poll taker can select only a choice from a list of choices.
3. The poll taker can see his submitted choice history.
4. The poll taker can submit new choices if the poll setting are set to allow it.
5. The poll owner can set for start and end date automatically.
6. The poll owner can enable/disable responses at anytime.
7. Anyone can see the poll question before opening date.
8. The poll results can be viewed after the closing date.
