Beta ideas

• Small scale pilot where we get all EA and Defra Staff to register for flood warning across perhaps 2 EA regions (ones which flood fairly often) and then get 5 or 6 off Duty officers to run a couple of flooding incident scenario’s across the a number of days/weeks (perhaps based on Winter just gone) where there sending warning out messages etc
• We give the people about 40 or 50 post codes that they could use in those target areas and ask them to register un register, chose a different area etc across that same time period.
