  • This is for Week 7's Lab.

  • First, open the Group Policy Manager

  • Then, expand forest > domains > sys-255 OU > Users OU

  • Right click Groups, Create a new GPO

  • Right click and edit the new GPO...

  • Add the Sales-Users group to the GPO

  • Navigate to User Configuration > Preferences > Windows Settings > Drive Maps

  • Right Click Drive Maps > New > Mapped Drive

  • Under the General Tab,

    • Enter the location as: \fs01-Nathan\Sales
    • Give the S drive letter

  • Under the Common Tab,

    • Select Item-Level Targeting
    • Select New Item > Security Group
    • Select the Sales-Users group (use ...) dialog button

  • When done with Item-Level Targeting, hit Apply.
