The Sector Strength Page is designed to show the relative strength of different sectors / industries to help visualize where there is strength in the market and where there is weakness. For a deeper explanation of how to use these charts see StockCharts RRG Docs

You can hover over any of the tickers to see the name. Normally you would want to focus on sectors / industries which are coming out of Lagging / Improving and are heading upwards and right. This indicates that they are still gaining momentum and showing relative strength.

In the picture below TAN ( Solar Energy ) is lagging so it has been beat down but is about to cross into improving so those tickers should be bottoming. FAS (Financial Services) is just crossing into Leading and still moving up showing strength for those tickers.
