Onboarding

• complete online orientation (New Beginnings): https://peak.mountsinai.org/onboard. You should have received an email containing further instructions.

• pick up ID badge on your first on-site day from the security office at 1468 Madison Ave.

• Fill out the New Beginnings in Your Department checklist (also located in the forms-and-docs folder of this repository), and review and sign the form with Girish.

• Email the PEAK certificates, a photo of your ID Badge, and the New Beginnings in Your Department checklist to Huei.

Sinai network access

When your IT/Network access is established, you will be provided instructions on how to access work email.

You can remotely access these resources with a VPN.

• Set up two-factor authentication here. If you are not on campus Wi-Fi, you must use the HPIMS ticketing system to register your VIP token remotely.

  • With 2-factor authentication, you can externally access email using these instructions.

• Set up a VPN to remotely connect to the Sinai network for additional resources. See Sinai's instructions to set up the VPN client from BIG-IP Edge here.
