2022-02-07 SDMiller: Porting the Park Observer 1.0 version of the Loons obsprot to version 2.0. PO2 wouldn't install on my ipad due to a bug. Angie told me to install the beta version, then delete it and try PO2 again. This worked.

Added this work log to the wiki. Also added pages on installing Park Observer 2.0 and adding a new obsprot to an ipad.
