By default, Dimensional Pockets will collect anonymous usage data if the Snooper setting in Minecraft itself is enabled. The collected data is used to see how many players are using Dimensional Pockets, get automatic crash reports, and is otherwise purely for my own (NPException) enjoyment. I just like to look at nice graphs and numbers.

I use my own GameAnalytics API to send data to the GameAnalytics servers.

Following are all the things that are collected and sent to NPException's GameAnalytics account.

General user data

• used language
• CPU type
• Name and version of operating system
• used Java version
• is Dimensional Pockets running on a client or a server

Dimensional Pocket specific data

• amount of fluid transfered into and out of Pockets
• amount of RedstoneFlux transfered into and out of Pockets
• number of Pockets crafted
• number of times the player entered or exited a Pocket
• number of times a player was trapped inside of a Pocket (including the reason for that)
• number of Pockets placed down
• number of Pockets picked up
