1. What you need

• .nirs data file (For our Capstone project, we used the data provided by Shin et al study http://doc.ml.tu-berlin.de/simultaneous_EEG_NIRS/)
• Matlab R2020a and above
• Brainstorm software installed (https://neuroimage.usc.edu/brainstorm/Introduction)
• Nirstorm package installed (https://github.com/Nirstorm/nirstorm)

2. Setup

• Install Brainstorm and Nirstorm according to the user manual
• Start up Brainstorm software
• Add Helper Functions to the search path of Matlab
• Copy all the files in the Processes folder to {.brainstorm}/process (For more details about .brainstorm folder, see https://neuroimage.usc.edu/brainstorm/Tutorials/Scripting?highlight=%28.brainstorm%29)
