Media type for visual representations of information and data. This content type creates a page for the infographic.

In June 2020, the content type and front end template were updated. Changes include:

• Add a mobile version
• Pull infographic file for inline placement
• Sttreamline metatda
• Change click behavior from link to page to opening file

• Create an infographic, and upload the infographic to the infographic content type.
• To display the full infographic on another content page, insert the infographic content type through the WYSIWYG. (see NCI at a Glance Infographic).
• If you would like to promote the infographic across the site (in a card, list, or for social media), the promotional image associated with the ifnographic will display.

• If accessible text is provided, the text needs to become a page.
• If there's no accessible text provided, display a 404 error.
• Both the alt text and the longdesc (if provided) will be visible - on both the infographic page and if the infographic is placed in-line
• On the infographic page, the infographic is always scaled to fit into the page, with an option to "View and Print Infographic" to see the full scale infographic in a new tab.
