• On Tablet and Mobile, "Featured Content" appears as an H3 above the primary feature card zone (within the teal box), but this label does not appear on desktop.

• Remove:
  • Date Display - we will never display dates on a home or landing page
  • Search Filter - not used
  • Homepage Type - used for pre-nvcg to select a timely content zone layout, which we no longer have.
  • Co-location Message - With being on cloud, we should not need co-lo anymore.

Layout builder will not be used as the large number of pending issues.
