• Translation Image - no longer necessary since we can translate the text fields while using the same graphic
• Utility Image - If an image is used in content, it should either be an image in our system or part of our theme (e.g. sprites)
• Citations - this becomes a field on content types that use citations, and no longer a content type.
• Best Bets -- to be deprecated and replaced with a way to update a spreadsheet
• Managed Lists (really this should be deprecated)
• Dynamic Lists - these will be views
