Level 1 processing
- camera non-linearity correction
- dark current subtracted
- gain correction applied
- apply polarization demodulation matrix to construct Stokes I, Q, and U
- apply distortion correction
- align each camera to center, rotate to solar north, and combine cameras
- coordinate transformation from cartesian to tangential polarization to separate sky polarization from corona
Level 2 processing
- remove sky polarization
- use method specified in config file, either "subtraction" (default) or "sine2theta"
- correct for sky transmission
