Please note that the fields required for a population file have changed with Version 3.5. Plain text comma-delimited (*.csv) population files intended for import by ADSM must have a header row with the following field names:

Codes used for disease transition states.

DaysInState represents how many days a unit has been in the starting disease status.

DaysLeftInState represents how many more days a unit will stay in the starting disease status.

Comma-delimited population files intended for import by ADSM may contain other fields, such as a Herd ID. Fields with names that do not correspond to one of those listed above will be concatenated in the order provided and loaded into the “User Notes” field. This field cannot be filtered.
