tbh is a fairly recent meme that consists of a tiny creature excitedly saying "Yippee", it originates from a clip of a young lad being happy about playing Fortnite while enjoying Coca-Cola.

In the mod, tbh is portrayed as a non-stackable item, intended to fit in with the Totem of Undying. When right-clicked tbh will say its iconic catchphrase and release a cloud of confetti around itself, how charming.

Obtaining

If you want to get your hands on tbh, it's as simple as crafting any item. To obtain it you have to surround a Carved Pumpkin core that gives the creature its personality with 4 Firework Rockets, used by tbh to create its confetti.
