Description

The Piglin Royal Knight is a neutral/hostile Nether predator. They spawn in Royal Castle Remnants alongside Piglin Royals and will be attack the player on sight unless they have a Piglin Talisman.

Taming

A tamed Piglin Royal Knight can be obtained by bartering with a Piglin Royal. This takes 4 animal mobs, and then a finally max weight gain Zombie to achieve, afterwards, the Royal will spawn a Piglin Royal Knight that is tamed to the player.

The Piglin Royal Knight has 4 behavior modes that can be set by right clicking with an empty hand:

• Following
• Wandering
• Waiting
• Guarding
  • While guarding, Piglin Royal knights will patrol a 20 block radius, attacking any monsters they see as long as they are above 20% health. They will do their best to return to their radius if they are not currently targeting a mob.

Tamed Piglin Royal Knights can be fed golden apples to heal them.

If a player has the Delectable Scent effect and sneak + right clicks a Piglin Royal Knight they have tamed, they will feed themselves to it. Be careful though as they cannot control their acids and will begin to digest you if you do not feed them a Neutralizing Water first.

Armor

Piglin Royal Knights can be equipped with Piglin Royal Knight Armor. Gold decreases damage taken by 15%, while Netherite decreases damage taken by 30% and increases the Piglin Royal Knight's damage dealt by 3. Their current armor can be removed by right clicking with shears.
