[F1] : Delete the item at the selected slot.

Same as right-clicking and selecting "Delete Item".

[Insert] / [F2] : Spawn the selected item to the selected slot.

Same as clicking the large image at the bottom left corner.

Same as right-clicking and selecting "Copy Item".

[Home] : Move the selected item in the GridView up one

[End] : Move the selected item in the GridView down one

Repeat to select another corner. Alternating between the first and second corners. This will create a pink (Selected) area for other operations.
