Main localization
Some localizations are already shipped with the script package (depends on the version, see download). To change the localization log in as administrator, go to Admin → Forum settings and select a language.
User specific localization
The settings of an user offers the setting of forums language limited to this user. The selected language will only be in use, when the user is logged in.
Custom localization
For a custom localization edit one of the language files in the directory lang, save it as NAME_OF_THE_LANGUAGE.lang and select it the way described above.
