• Website holds most magazine content and is active: 1994-present (May 2025), 31 years uptime
• Most production digital content is held offline
• Physical magazine archive in Cornwall and Berlin
• Physical archive documents in Cornwall and Berlin
• 100 physical magazine complete sets in Cornwall
• ROR ID created

Phase #1 (May 2025): Discovery - Setup, scoping, and data modelling

1. Set prorities
2. Create data model: Initially for articles and issues
3. Basic catalogue using Wikidata, Wikibase Cloud, Wikimedia Commons, Zenodo Community, Zotero Community
4. Create tasks, areas of responsibility, and traing material
5. Create an overall iterative plan for moving to phase #2
6. Create Wikimedia Group
7. Run weekly archive sessions
8. Hold in-person working meetings for 'Republishing Hackathons?
