Installation - Mustard2/MustardUI GitHub Wiki
Follow these steps to install the UI on your model correctly.
How to install
There are two supported ways to install the add-on:
- (Recommended) Install it as a Blender extension, from the website or the Get Extensions panel in Blender's settings. This keeps the add-on updated automatically. See the official guide for more on installing extensions.
- Download the latest version from the Releases page and install it as a Blender extension or a legacy add-on. Use only the .zip files from the Releases page: never the code from the repository.
Development Mode
- In the add-on's settings, enable Developer Tools.
If you're in the Get Extensions panel, open the extension's details first.
- Click the model's armature and the tab below should appear (press N in the viewport if the tabs aren't visible).
Note: the MustardUI Configuration panel appears only when no MustardUI is defined on the model yet. If one already exists, enabling Developer Tools shows the user panel instead.
If this is your first time installing the UI on your own model, follow the configuration guide: otherwise the UI won't appear to users.
