If you want to join a team, apply for a tryout:

/tryout apply <team>	Apply for a team tryout
/tryout status	Check your applications

1. You submit a tryout application for a specific team
2. The captain/committee is notified in the team staff channel
3. You attend a tryout session (arranged by the captain)
4. Captain rates you 1-10 with feedback
5. Application is accepted or rejected
6. You receive a DM with the outcome

Status	Meaning
Pending	Applied, waiting for tryout
Trialled	Tryout completed, rated
Accepted	Welcome to the team!
Rejected	Not successful this time

If rejected, you can always apply again. Persistence is valued.
