Setting Up Version 4.0.0 From fresh (Windows OS)

This page will act as a quick start guide for setting up the twitch poll bot from fresh. ## Prerequisites

  • Java 21 (JRE or JDK)
  • The distributed Zip file downloaded from Releases Use the images to help you along

Step 1

Make sure you have the Zip downloaded in the downloads folder, It will look something like this The Downloaded Zip File

Step 2

Open The zip file and extract the folder inside. The Opened Zip File The Extracted Zip Folder

Step 3

Open the folder and then open the bin folder to Create a shortcut and then place it on the Desktop Opened Extracted Folder Opened the bin Folder Select Create Shortcut Created Shortcut In The bin folder Moved the shortcut to desktop

Step 4

Launch the App, Click OK on the update checker and the config panel will show up. Launched The App Click OK on the update checker The config panel

Step 5

Change the values in the config, once complete click Save then click Start Twitch API. Note About The Broadcaster ID Click Save Click Start Twitch API
