Universe Stargate

Stargates are main structure added by this mod. They can teleport you, your items and items thrown at it.

This page is mainly for Universe style gates. For general info see Stargates (General).

Take note that Universe gates are significantly cheaper than their cousin Stargate Milky Way type. That makes them limited in some ways. You can't upgrade them with Capacitors, so their range is limited (to about 3000 Overworld blocks/~380 Nether blocks). But they're much more accessible in the early game (and the Universe Dialer was made craftable recently)

Building

Stargates are big multiblock structures that consists of (default small variant):

• 8 Stargate Ring Blocks
• 9 Stargate Chevron Blocks
• 1 Stargate Base Block

Merging

When the Stargate is built properly, the proper model is being rendered instead of plain blocks.
