Zubuntu is a Linux based operating system (OS), built in SUSE. Ubuntu users will most likely love Zubuntu. Zubuntu is designed to be a simple OS that is user-friendly and also can be used as a complicated development system simultaneously. Zubuntu comes in many versions, such as LTS and InDev. For people that like Beta features, InDev is the best, but for people that want a stable environment, they should use LTS. There are also versions that are not LTS or InDev, which are General Releases, or Snapshots. Snapshots are released when there are minor changes that do not warrant a new version or suffix (LTS or InDev). Zubuntu is designed to work on either heavyweight systems, such as Desktop Towers and Laptops, or on lightweight systems, such as netbooks, SigmaStacks, SigmaStations and Pocket devices.
