First, place it in the desired destination location. This will save the coordinates of the destination. Place it again, but at the place where you want to place your teleporter. You only have to take it to arrive at the previously saved position.

⚠️ It works in all dimensions but can' t teleport you from one dimension to another. To remove it, you will have to destroy the block below the teleporter.
