Similar to the Export Upgrade, except it only exports items that already exist in the 'below' inventory.
It iterates though each stack in the inventory only adding the amount of its item transfer rate to each stack at a time.
This is perfect for spreading a stack of materials evenly in an inventory which is especially good when used along side the Crafter upgrades.
