Using either of the Linking Tools you can link Pedestals to each other.

The order in which you link the pedestals is very Important!
The tools both link differently, but both have their specialized purpose as well.

Of the Two ways to Link Pedestals The First is the most common.

Using the Linking Tool

Select the Pedestal you want to RECEIVE first.
Crouch Right Click the Pedestal with the tool in your main hand, will select it. The tool will GLOW if you did this successfully. The location of the block will also be displayed on the items Tool Tip.

(Optional) You can see the range of linking by Right Clicking the pedestal you just selected, this will toggle on the linking range render in world.

Now Crouch Right Click on the second Pedestal when done properly, the Linking Tool will no longer be glowing, and you'll get a confirmation message in chat.

Congratulations! You Linked your first Pedestal! The pedestal will now Send: Items, Fluid, Energy, and XP from the Second Pedestal, to the First One.

UnLinking is the Exact Same Process, but with a different success message.

If at any time you want to Clear the Selected Pedestal out of the Linking Tool, Just Crouch Right Click any NON PEDESTAL block and it will clear.

The Backwards Linking Tool, Uses the Exact Same Process to Link Pedestals, HOWEVER, it links pedestals from Sender to Receiver (The first one you select, sends to the second one you selected)
