Meeting Notes

The overall architecture is good, there isn't much research done using that pipeline so it's novel. It's using state of the art technology. The architecture is one relevant part to bring up.

Also valuable in the dissertation is mentioning the complexities, challenges and other problems encountered when try to implement the system.

You can start playing around with the tools. A prototype by week 9 would be good. Even without animations and lip sync, there's plenty for a 6 month project. Instead, approach the task in small bits. A student dissertation isn't expected to be ground-breaking so relax !

Expect weekly meetings and look to set up a system for change management and issue tracking.
