The Thermometer is a tool that displays the exact world temperature (in degrees Fahrenheit or Celsius) when held in the player's hotbar or offhand. Without a thermometer, world temperature will be displayed using a 7-stage icon beside the hotbar, similar to the player's body temperature icon.

When placed in an item frame, the thermometer will display the world's temperature at the location of the item frame when hovered.
